1. Company details
Wabisabi Moments is a trade name of Robin Lianne, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 83373748.

2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements made through the Wabisabi Moments webshop, for both consumers and business customers (including wholesale).

3. Products
Wabisabi Moments offers physical products, including the Wabisabi Moments card deck. We aim to display our products as accurately as possible, however slight variations in color, texture or finish may occur.

4. Pricing
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT for consumers, unless stated otherwise.

Wholesale prices are provided separately and exclude VAT.

5. Orders and payment
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. The agreement is concluded once payment has been successfully completed.

We accept payments through the payment methods offered at checkout.

6. Shipping and delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier and local customs procedures. For orders outside the EU, any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. Wabisabi Moments is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, Wabisabi Moments cannot be held responsible for lost packages or additional shipping costs.

7. Risk and transport
The risk of loss or damage to products transfers to the customer at the moment the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

8. Right of withdrawal (returns)
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is unused and in its original, sealed packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

9. Return exclusions
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.

10. Wholesale
Wholesale orders are subject to separate terms, including adjusted pricing and possible minimum order quantities.

Wholesale purchases are considered final and may not be eligible for return unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Intellectual property
All content, designs, texts and products of Wabisabi Moments remain the intellectual property of Wabisabi Moments and may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

12. Liability
Wabisabi Moments is not liable for any indirect damages, consequential damages, or outcomes resulting from the use of the product.

The cards are intended for inspiration and reflection only and do not replace professional advice.

13. Force majeure
Wabisabi Moments is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes or disruptions in transportation.

14. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
